Orders

Please note: all items within this website are 'made to order'. We do not generally stock items and therefore few items are available for immediate dispatch. If an item is available for immediate dispatch you will be informed when you add it to your basket.

 
Despatch

Once you have placed your order you will receive an automated payment reply by email. Please note that the 'despatch date'you are quoted is the date that we despatch your parcel from our office (it is not the date on which Royal Mail will deliver). We aim to despatch all orders as advised on your invoice as per item, however if a slightly longer delay is anticipated we will let you know straight away. The standard dispatch time is 14 working days however, you may be automatically quoted longer dispatch times depending on our ability to fulfil your order. If you require less than the quoted dispatch time, then you must contact us to confirm our ability to do this for you. Once despatched, many of our parcels arrive next day (UK) or within 7 days (non-UK) - occasionally Royal Mail will take a little longer to deliver, but usually no longer than 2-3 days extra. All orders are sent via Royal Mail's 1st Class 'signed for' service, meaning that a signature will be required upon arrival and they are tracked. If you believe your order may have gone astray, please contact us so we can investigate. At the checkout you should enter the address you want the order delivered to. If nobody is available to sign for your parcel, Royal Mail will leave you a card and will return your parcel to your local sorting office, where you should make arrangements to collect it within 7 days.

Non-Delivery - If your order does not arrive within 10 business days from the date we advise you that your parcel has been despatched, please contact us immediately.

Re-Delivery - If your parcel is returned because the address details you gave are incomplete, or incorrect, then a charge equal to the original delivery charge will be made to re-deliver your parcel. If you choose not to have your parcel re-despatched, we will refund the purchase price of the items in your parcel, however a restocking charge will be deducted from your refund to cover our postage and administration costs.

 
Worldwide Delivery

We are happy to ship to destinations worldwide. If your country is not listed in the checkout, please contact us to find out whether we can deliver to your country. Please note that for non-UK orders, we will only deliver to the cardholder's address. Please note that once posted, delivery times are as stated by the international delivery companies and we cannot accept liabilty on their part.

 
Methods of Payment

We accept payment in our online store by Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta, Connect, Visa Debit, Visa Electronm, JCB and American Express (if you are using Visa Electron, please select 'Visa' from the drop-down box on our payment page when instructed to do so). Our credit/debit card transactions are processed securely by either HSBC or Paypal - if you wish, you can read more about Paypal’s Card Security here.

Looking for the yellow padlock security symbol? Once you have entered your name and address details on our website, and have been transferred to HSBC's secure website for entering your payment details, the little yellow padlock symbol will appear at the bottom of your screen.

Non-UK customers: please note that all prices are quoted in UK pounds and that transactions will be converted, by your card issuer, into your local currency at the exchange rate applicable on the date your transaction is processed. Guarantee

We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, simply return the clean, unworn & undamaged item to us within 28 days of the despatch date for a refund of the purchase price (please also see 'Returns Policy' below). Returns are made at your own cost and we regret that we cannot refund any returns costs incurred.

Returns Policy

Your return must be approved BEFORE you send your goods back to us and within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Please send an email to returns@roxx-online.com quoting your order number given to you on your confirmation email, and giving the reason for the return.

Once your return has been approved, we will send you further instructions by email. Returns must be received by us within 28 days of the date we despatched your order to you (not from the date your return was approved). If a refund is requested then this will be processed upon receipt of your return (providing the refund has been approved). If you wish to refund/exchange your goods at all then please note that there will be a restocking charge of 25% payable towards our handling costs. Physically altered or personaly commissioned items cannot normally be refunded.
