Floor length on a 5ft 7 lady but can be made to measure. An extremely special handmade exquisite hooded gown. Beautiful pale gold embroidered taffeta is the feature of this exquisite dress. It has fabulous chain stitch embroidery in a pale gold metallic thread forming subtle scrolls and leaves. An amazing Scottish widows style hood drapes elegantly at the back and is fully lined in the taffeta. Fabulous shaping giving a very flattering silhouette. Made from soft, drapey, ruby red velvet which just hangs in elegant folds away from the body making it very flattering. This fabric is lightweight and has a stretchy element making it both very comfortable to wear and very easy to launder. Pale gold taffeta front panel has corset style lacing in gold satin. Ruby red satin laces feature in the back corseting. There is a small train to the back. The sleeves are simply stunning. Draping down elegantly to almost the same length as the dress. Made from soft pale gold taffeta and fully lined with red velvet they are trimmed above the elbow with a panel of more taffeta. The corset style lacing at the front and back make this dress adaptable to fit your own unique shape as you can simply pull the cords to tighten or loosen the bodice.
